Our Yoga Sculpt class truly gives you the opportunity to transform your body. As a more advanced class that features a few short flow sequences, Yoga Sculpt has a beautiful balance between intensity and zen. Warm up your body and connect to your breath, and then get your heart rate up with a more HIIT style class. Incorporating cardio and light weights, each class is designed to build strength and endurance by targeting every muscle group and have you feeling the burn! This class doesn't reach quite as high of temperatures as our Vinyasa Flow class, but trust us... it'll still have you getting your sweat on!
Hit the mat for this unique pilates style class focusing on low impact, body weight movements that are designed to isolate each muscle group and have you toning like never before - even the muscles you didn't know you had! Get grounded and warm up the body before moving into a series of mat pilates work featuring glute and core based movements, allowing yourself to fully embrace the shake and burn! Then move into the "plus" portion of this class, targeting the arms and legs with a standing series that incorporates a little taste of barre work for a bonus tone! The use of equipment such as light weights and resistance bands will be offered to slightly ramp up the intensity in this class BUT are always optional. Finishing off with an opportunity to stretch out and calm your central nervous system, this class is sure to check all the boxes from peace to power!

Cultivate relaxation and calm the nervous system through a combination of subtle flow sequences and restorative postures. This class uses equipment such as bolsters and blocks to give each participant the option of taking some or all of the effort out of the poses and allowing their body to achieve the full benefits.
