Hailee is a certified hot pilates instructor with a passion for helping others feel strong, confident and energized through movement. Specializing in dynamic and engaging fitness classes, she blends strength, flexibility and mindfulness to create well-rounded workouts that challenge the body and center the mind. Hailee's classes are designed to meet all fitness levels, offering modifications and progressions to ensure everyone feels supported and motivated. Her goal is to make fitness enjoyable and accessible while inspiring her clients to build lasting, healthy habits. Her classes are guaranteed to challenge you to the CORE (literally)!
Nellie has always been all about movement — it’s her therapy, her reset, her way to feel alive. After having her second baby, she craved that reconnection to herself again, and yoga became the bridge back. What started as a physical outlet quickly turned into a mental and emotional game-changer.
On the mat, Nellie blends strength with flow — creating classes that feel equal parts grounding and empowering. You’ll find her adding her own creative twist to every sequence, making space for you to explore, play, and tune in.
For Nellie, yoga isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. The union of mind and body, strength and softness, all tied together by the breath.
Isabelle fell in love with yoga during her college years at the University of Iowa and has been hooked ever since! She ended up completing her 200 hour YTT in 2022 and through her journey, she continuously seeks growth and improvement both on and off the mat. Isabelle is passionate about helping her students connect the mind and body through breath. Her classes will allow you to dig deep into strength, find your rhythm of flow, and push past your limits!

Cambree has always been passionate about her own health & wellness, but started to take it more seriously after graduating from college. What started with participating in many fitness challenges has since developed into running half marathons, becoming certified as a personal trainer, doing one on one coaching, & completing her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training to become certified as a yoga instructor. Yoga has allowed Cambree to focus on her mobility & discover more of what the body is capable of. She truly loves encouraging & empowering others to take a hold of their own health and push their limits whether they’re in the weight room, taking a hot Pilates class, or signing up for a race!

Fenna started taking hot yoga classes in Frisco, CO, after an ACL tear in 2015 as a way to get back her flexibility and strength. After 4 surgeries total, she would always find her way back into the studio. After 11 years in Colorado, she moved to Wisconsin and soon found Heatwave in 2024, joining the team in the fall of 2025. Fenna is pursuing an associate's degree in Dental Hygiene at MATC and building her knowledge as a yoga sculpt instructor, eager to connect with more like-minded individuals through breath & movement.

Jill has been an athlete her whole life, but yoga completely transformed the way she connects to her mind, body, and spirit. What started as a personal practice quickly evolved into a passion for sharing its benefits with others, leading her to complete 200 hours of teacher training in 2022.
Her classes blend strength and intention — a balance of movement, music, and mindfulness designed to ground you while leaving you recharged. Through her signature Vinyasa flow, Jill invites you to move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and find energy through presence.
Off the mat, she’s all about the outdoors, community, and new adventures — from Chicago to Fontana and beyond. Expect warmth, rhythm, and flow woven together in every class — where challenge meets calm, and movement becomes meditation.

Viviane is a certified yoga instructor who's goal is not only to create a safe atmosphere to explore the practice and journey to self awareness - but also to honor and respect the practice for what it is. Viviane has always had a deep love for traveling, consciousness and movement. Growing up, she was active and constantly sought balance between energy and relaxation. Through her yoga journey, she found a beautiful way to integrate light, peace and presence to her daily life. Viviane believes that yoga is for everyone, all you need is the interest and she's ready to meet you where you're at. She invites you to find the balance between control and surrender in her classes - allowing you to embody your own sense of inner calm and strength!

Lola is the mother of an energetic 3 year old girl who is always keeping her on her toes. Her yoga journey began while living in Chicago when she was looking for a way to bring relaxation and movement into her daily life. A few years later, this turned into a full mind & body health journey and she has now been a certified yoga instructor for 8 years with 16 years of experience in the practice. Lola creates a fun and free environment in her classes, encouraging her students to explore yoga on a deeper level. She loves to include the option for arm balances and different variations in her classes to allow her students to express creativity in their practice, and she also likes to express creativity in her personal life in various ways such as her love for soap making! Come join Lola on the mat for the opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice and leave feeling strong, uplifted and excited for your next class!

Ashley has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for 8 years. Her yoga practice began in Boulder, CO in 2008 when a friend dragged her to class. She was hesitant because she feared she would not be "flexible enough." Against her better judgement, she went along and has fallen in love with the practice ever since.
In 2016, Ashley completed her 200 hour YTT in Chicago at "Live, Work, Yoga" studying with Rich Logan.
Ashley values the growth mindset that yoga provides. She sees each experience as an opportunity to learn something new about yourself. She believes that the healing benefits of yoga are key to finding balance in our modern world and enjoys sharing this transformative energy with her students. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and SUP Paddle Board Yoga.
