CLASS PACKAGES: All reservations cancelled at least 12 hours prior to class time will incur no penalties. Reservations cancelled less than 12 hours prior to class time will not be re-credited for the session, meaning that the client will be charged the full appointment fee. The same penalty applies in the event that a client does not cancel a reservation and also does not attend the scheduled session. This is considered a "no-show" which would result in the client being charged an additional $10 "no-show" fee.

In the event that a client does not cancel a reservation and also does not attend the scheduled session, it is considered a "no-show" which would result in the client being charged an additional $10 "no-show" fee. 

We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment, weather or other factors outside of our control. If a class or event is cancelled by us we will issue a full refund. Thank you! This cancellation policy applies for all classes, workshops, and events hosted by Heatwave - Hot Yoga Studio.

Clients are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes early for any class or event, as we do lock the door at class time to prevent disruption and protect clients' personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the client to arrive on time for their scheduled session. If the client arrives late and the door is locked, the session will be considered a no show - resulting in a penalty fee.

Once purchased, ALL memberships are non-refundable. The purchase of our Annual & 3-Month Memberships are a one-time fee and will not automatically renew at the date of expiration. The purchase of our Founders & Monthly Unlimited Memberships are on an auto-renewal basis, meaning that on the date of expiration these memberships will automatically renew. Any autopay membership can be cancelled at no charge up until 12:00 midnight on the date of renewal. It is the responsibility of the client to cancel their membership in a timely manner. Once renewed, the membership charge is non-refundable.

Drop-in and class packages can be used toward any regularly scheduled class and are non-refundable once purchased. These services will expire one year from the date of purchase. They are only valid and must be used within one year of purchase, there are no exceptions on expiration.
