All of our classes have a 3-hour cancellation policy. Once scheduled, clients have up until 3 hours (180 minutes) prior to class time to cancel their reservation at no charge. If the client does not cancel their reservation within that 3 hour window, their account will not be re-credited for the class, meaning that the client will be charged as if they had attended class as well as being charged our $10 late cancellation / no show fee. The same fees apply in the event that a client does not cancel their reservation and also does not show up for class. We reserve the right to cancel a class/event due to low enrollment, weather or other instances outside of our control. If a class/event is cancelled by us you will receive a full refund. This cancellation policy applies for all classes, workshops, and events hosted by Heatwave - Hot Yoga Studio.
Clients are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes early for any class or event, as we do lock the door at class time to prevent disruption of the class and to protect clients personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the client to show up on time, if the client arrives late and the door is locked they will be counted as a no show, resulting in the loss of that class credit as well as the penalty late cancellation/no show fee. Arriving a few minutes early for class allows every client to get situated and ready for class in a timely manner so that class can begin and end at it's scheduled time.
Once purchased, ALL memberships are non-refundable. For our Annual & 3-Month Memberships the purchase is a one-time fee and does not automatically renew at the date of expiration. For our Founders & Monthly Unlimited Memberships the purchase is on an auto-renewal basis, meaning that on the date of expiration these memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled. However, these memberships can be cancelled at any point up until 12:00 midnight on the date of renewal. It is the responsibility of the client to cancel their membership in a timely manner. Drop-in classes and class packages can be used toward any regularly scheduled class and are non-refundable once purchased. These services are set to expire one year from the date of purchase. They are only valid and must be used within one year of purchase, and there are no exceptions on expiration. It is the responsibility of the client to show up on time and/or cancel their reservation within our "early cancellation" window to avoid losing that class credit and being charged the late cancellation / no show fee.
